Haddonfield Center and School for the Performing Arts: seeks an Administrative Manager
Location: Haddonfield Center and School for the Performing Arts
Hours: Variable, almost always Monday-Saturday 3:00PM-9:00PM
Reports to: Artistic Director
Job Summary:
This position may be split by two people.
Duties include:
• Schedule all lessons and use of performance hall
• Deal with all billing
• Deal with all correspondence, both via email and regular mail
• Update website (non-CSS or HTML application)
• Design and execute flyers, brochures
• Assist as needed in the Haddonfield Center and School for the Performing Arts’ Concert Series
• Assist with building needs
• Assist in purchasing ad space
Position Requirements:
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer skills
o Include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, Quicken and More
o Proficiency with basic graphic design, using applications such as Publisher and Apple Pages
o Proficiency with designing and executing constant contact emails to email list
o Skill at, or ability to quickly learn basic commands at website updating tools
o Skill at, or ability to quickly learn space scheduling software
o Skill at basic network maintenance
• An ability to frequently move light pieces of furniture
• A familiarity with the arts scene is a strong plus
• No criminal history
• Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation:
• $9.50/hour
